The same is true for green tea, due to the fact that it stimulates the production of a hormone liable for curbing your appetite and is believed to moreover increase metabolism.

And also, last but not least, people having a sweet tooth will probably be willing to understand that dark chocolate is truly a diet aid because the bitterness works as a natural appetite suppressant.
